What is Yoga and what are some of the benefits of practicing yoga?
Simply put, yoga is a holistic system that balances all aspects of your personality. Be it physical, mental, emotional, social, or spiritual, this is part of the vast heritage of India and a scientifically proven method to reach your full potential. In the Western world, Yoga prioritizes the physical asana practice—the yoga poses. While this is a great place to start, there is far more to discover as you develop your Yoga practice.

How do I get my cardio and strength by practicing yoga?
Let's be clear. Yoga can bring you strength, endurance, and flexibility depending on how you practice. Eg. when you practice dynamic Sun Salutation, you get your cardio, and when you hold those poses you are developing strength. When you practice mindful stretches, you develop flexibility. In all the practices, you need to be aware of your breath and body parts. That way every practice of Yoga becomes a meditation in itself.
